to supporting causes that uplift, sustain, and empower communities and our planet. Each quarter, we select one organization whose mission resonates with our team’s values. For the first quarter of this year, we are proud to support Save Our Monarchs, a nonprofit working tirelessly to protect one of nature’s most iconic pollinators.
What is Save Our Monarchs?
Save Our Monarchs is a grassroots, all-volunteer nonprofit foundation dedicated to saving the monarch butterfly from extinction. With monarch populations rapidly declining due to habitat loss, pesticide use, and climate change, this organization is stepping in to make a difference. Their primary goal is to restore the habitat that monarchs—and countless other pollinators—depend on by distributing milkweed seeds, the essential plant for monarch reproduction, to schools, gardeners, farmers, and conservationists across the country.
Through education, outreach, and seed distribution, Save Our Monarchs is creating a national movement to rebuild pollinator-friendly environments and spark action for ecological sustainability.
Why We Chose Them
At TruAdvantage, we’re a team that values deep personal connections to the causes we support. We are not only passionate about technology and innovation—we’re also deeply committed to environmental stewardship. This quarter, we selected Save Our Monarchs not just because of their critical mission to save the monarch butterfly, but also because one of our team members has a special connection to this cause growing up.
When he shared His story with the team, it was clear that the mission of Save Our Monarchs resonated on a personal level. This team member, along with the rest of us, recognizes the importance of protecting monarchs, not only because they are essential to pollination but also because they symbolize the fragile beauty of our natural world. Supporting an organization that empowers people to take action, restore habitats, and advocate for environmental sustainability felt like a natural fit for our values.
Our Contribution
For Q1 2025, TruAdvantage made a financial donation to Save Our Monarchs to support their seed distribution and educational outreach programs. Our donation will help fund the free milkweed seed packets sent to schools and community gardens, enabling more habitats to be restored for monarchs and other native pollinators.
While the organization relies primarily on volunteer efforts, financial support plays a critical role in expanding their reach, producing educational materials, and shipping seeds across the U.S. We are honored to play a small part in helping these essential pollinators thrive.

This donation marks our first community impact initiative of the year, and we’re just getting started. At TruAdvantage, our quarterly giving program allows our team to stay engaged, involved, and inspired to support meaningful causes.
