Where to Find It:
Accessible via your Teams or Slack app (left-hand menu) or truadvantage.com/support.
How to Submit a Request:
Click “New Request” and briefly describe your issue—the system will generate a support ticket automatically.
Chat with Your Assigned Engineer:
Once assigned, chat directly with the engineer to troubleshoot and resolve your issue efficiently.
Use the Chatbot Option:
Prefer typing in the conversation? You can interact via the chatbot instead of using the left-hand app interface.
